You will receive updates, samples, and proofs for approval before publishing. Final invoices must be paid before you receive full access to your site.

We understand that sometimes you need your designs sooner than our standard turnaround time of 5-7business days. If this is the case, we offer a rush fee of $25.00. This will expedite your project and have it completed within 3 business days.

A business week is a week that includes all five weekdays, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.. This is in contrast to a calendar week, which includes all seven days of the week. When we say that your order will be completed in 2-3 business days, we mean that we will start working on it as soon as we receive your content and pictures, and we will aim to have it finished within 4 days of the start of the business week.
